Our pricing plans are based on the types of service we provide. We accept NDIS, Medicare and private referrals.

NDIS

For NDIS clients, we bill in line with the current NDIS Price Guide. Home and community visits will attract a fee in line with the price guide. There are no out of pocket fees for this service.

Medicare

For Medicare clients, we charge a small gap fee. In some circumstances we offer Bulk Billing. Dependent on the service, you may be able to access us through the Better Access to Mental Health or Chronic Disease Management Plans.

Format: Currently this service is only offered via telehealth. You need access to a computer / tablet. 
Duration: At least 50 minutes
Medicare Schedule Fee: $102.60
Medicare Benefit: $87.25 (85% of the fee)

Gap fee: we charge a small gap fee, please contact us if you would like to know more
Requirement: You need a referral from a GP with a mental health care plan.

Private

Please contact us to discuss your needs and we can provide you with our most up to date prices. You may be able to claim our services on private health insurance, if you have Extras that cover our services.
